IMPORTANT UPDATE TO OUR SERVICES
We are excited to share a new change that will help our clients plan ahead for receiving their diapers, give families more opportunities to schedule, and reduce time waiting in line!
Our new system will allow families to complete a one-time online registration for diapers, and then set up appointments for their every-other-month diaper pick-up.
STEP 1:
ALL CLIENTS, even if they have received diapers before, must complete the one-time online registration to receive a Family ID number. This form contains a simplified version of the current form that clients fill out, and will allow us to collect accurate information. As always, we will not request any additional personal identification such as driver's licenses, social security cards, green cards, or immigration status information for children, parents, or family members.
Step 2:
Within 2 business days of clients completing family registration, they will receive a Family ID code to the email address they provide. Families should write down this code, as they will need to input the code every time they order diapers.
To schedule their appointments to pick up diapers, families will input their Family ID number into the order form. They will then select their preferred appointment date and time, select the items they need and submit the form. When the clients arrive for their scheduled appointment, their orders will be ready, leading to less of a wait time.
Clients can still receive diapers every-other-month, but should not come to our offices without an appointment time. The appointment times will be updated frequently to show our most current availability.
