There are 2 Steps Required to Receive Diapers:

STEP 1:

If you do not have a Family ID number, you must complete the one-time online registration. Within 2 days, you will receive a Family ID number via email. Families should write down this code, as they will need to input the code every time they order diapers.

Note: As always, we will not request any additional personal identification such as driver's licenses, social security cards, green cards, or immigration status information for children, parents, or family members.

STEP 2:

Use your Family ID number to access the order form. Select your preferred appointment date and time, choose the items you need, and submit your request.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• Diaper pick-up is still available every other month.

• No Walk-Ins: Families must schedule an appointment before visiting.

• Appointment availability is updated frequently, so you’ll always see the latest options.
